HAHN Network was initiated by Juan I. Hahn – a strategic advisor, entrepreneur and ecosystem builder with two decades of experience in innovation, mobility and scalable models.
This is not an agency, a product, or a freelance gig.
It’s a founder-led operating system that helps companies move from idea to scalable outcome – by combining structured frameworks, curated partnerships and AI-powered workflows.
You don’t get a dashboard. You get results – based on a clear process, driven by your goals, and adapted to your context. Some parts run as guided self-service. Others are orchestrated with you – and for you.
And when partners are needed, we bring them in. Not to replace your teams or compete with your agencies, but to connect what already works. My role is to act as a system architect and strategic enabler – not to be everywhere, but to make sure everything moves.
As head of the eco Mobility Competence Group, I co-lead one of Europe’s most active networks in digital mobility – with members including Uber, acatech, T-Systems, Mobility Data Space (MDS), German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and German Automotive Trust (DAT).
I’m also an ECOTA Expert Member – recognized for contributions to decarbonization, tokenization and data space innovation across mobility and industrial ecosystems. Beyond that, I’m also active as an early-stage investor – focusing on scalable platform models, AI applications and ecosystem-driven ventures.
In selected cases, I also serve as an advisory board member in exchange for equity – supporting strategic clarity, partner alignment and early-stage growth.

Establish a shared AI-based diagnostics logic between workshops, OEMs and platforms – aligned with Gaia-X standards and decentralized governance for fair data access.
Approach
Co-led a national innovation program over three years. Designed AI use cases, stakeholder roles and federated service logic on hyperscaler-grade infrastructure.
Result
Recognized as a Gaia-X lighthouse. Delivered a strategic framework for AI in mobility services – interoperable by design and ready for ecosystem-wide deployment.

Reimagine automotive retail by shifting from list-price logic to monthly total cost – for transparent search, comparison and direct consumer access.
Approach
Juan I. Hahn, as co-founder, built a D2C platform with embedded leasing, financing and white-label logic – introducing total-cost search before subscriptions became the standard.
Result
Acquired and scaled as a first-of-its-kind retail solution – Helped shape the early shift toward subscription logic in European automotive retail. Reference for UX in the mobility space.
